The OLLI CYCLE OCR13 model is attached to the luggage rack with two snap-in hooks and can be easily converted from a bicycle bag to a backpack and vice versa. The backpack has a handy size and is the ideal companion for the office or a shopping tour. The hooks on our bike bags are stretchable and adapt to tubes up to 13 mm in diameter.
